With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Jorge García is a well-recognized leader in the Los Cabos market. As Managing Director of Ventura One Real Estate, he leads a results-driven agency known for its professionalism, strategic vision, and deep understanding of the region’s real estate landscape.
Throughout his career, he has successfully advised more than 3,000 buyers and investors, helping them acquire residential, vacation, and investment properties in some of the most desirable areas of Baja California Sur. His team has also listed and sold a large portfolio of resale properties with excellent results, adding value for both sellers and buyers.
Jorge has led the marketing and sales strategy for over 20 real estate developments, including vertical condos, residential communities, and beachfront projects, as well as exclusive high-end properties and luxury developments in prime locations across Los Cabos and Rosarito.
His strategic approach includes high-performance team leadership, impactful real estate marketing campaigns, market analysis, and expert negotiation—always focused on delivering a personalized, ethical, and high-value experience to each client.
Jorge holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and recently completed the Executive Management Program at IPADE. Beyond real estate, he has also served as Executive President and Board Advisor at Delmar International School in Los Cabos, contributing to educational innovation and institutional leadership.
